Rád bych vás seznámil s mým útulným bytem nacházejícím se v srdci Prahy, jen kousek od tramvajové zastávky Bertramka. Na Václavské náměstí se dostanete městskou hromadnou dopravou asi za 10 minut.
Byt se nachází ve zvýšeném přízemí (jeden byt je také pod vámi) zrekonstruovaného domu. S pouhými třemi byty na jednom patře které jsou jediné s přístupem do patra si užijete přístup ke svému vlastnímu soukromému útočišti. Byt je orientován do vnitrobloku.
Byt je nově zrekonstruován a zařízen novými spotřebiči, včetně bojlera, a je vybaven všemi nezbytnostmi, od kuchyňského vybavení po nábytek. Můžete se nastěhovat jen s osobními věcmi a hned se cítit jako doma.
Nabízím flexibilní možnosti pronájmu přizpůsobené vašim potřebám. V obou pokojích jsou patra na spaní, takže je možné spát v obou pokojích. V prvním pokoji je postel 150x200 a ve druhém 200x200. Pro dvě kamarádky sdílející byt je první průchozí místnost k dispozici za 9000 Kč měsíčně, zatímco druhá neprůchozí je za 11000 Kč měsíčně. Alternativně, pro pár, je nájemné 20000 Kč měsíčně.
Elektrina se provádí na nájemce ve výši 2000 Kč měsíčně pokrývá náklady na energie a zajišťuje bezproblémový pobyt. Byt není určen ke krátkodobému pronájmu.
Minimální doba pronájmu je 8 měsíců. Kauce je ve výši jednoho nájmu.

I would like to introduce you to my cozy apartment located in the heart of Prague, just a short walk from the Bertramka tram stop. You can reach Wenceslas Square by public transport in about 10 minutes.
The apartment is located on an elevated ground floor (with one apartment also above you) of a renovated building. With only three apartments on one floor—the only ones with access to that floor—you can enjoy having your own private sanctuary. The apartment faces an inner courtyard.
It has been newly renovated and furnished with new appliances, including a boiler, and comes equipped with all the essentials, from kitchen utensils to furniture. You can move in with just your personal belongings and immediately feel at home.
I offer flexible rental options tailored to your needs. Both rooms have sleeping areas, so it is possible to sleep in both rooms. In the first room, there is a bed measuring 150x200, and in the second room, 200x200. For two friends sharing the apartment, the first through-room is available for 9,000 CZK per month, while the second non-through room is 11,000 CZK per month. Alternatively, for a couple, the rent is 20,000 CZK per month.
Electricity is charged to the tenant, with 2,000 CZK per month covering the energy costs and ensuring a hassle-free stay. The apartment is not intended for short-term rental.
The minimum rental period is 8 months. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.
