The cozy, fully furnished attic apartment in an Art Nouveau villa is located in the highly sought-after suburb of Feudenheim – green surroundings yet centrally situated. Our bright, distinctive attic apartment has a truly special charm. It offers a broad, unobstructed view of the greenery and is very conveniently located. A bicycle finds its place in the garage, and parking spaces are available on the street right outside the door.

In the bedroom, there is a bed (140x200). For clothes and other belongings, there are three large built-in wardrobes. Bedding and linens are included.

The kitchen is well equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and everything one might need for cooking. There is a small table with 2 chairs where you can have your meal in the kitchen.

In the living room, you can relax comfortably on the couch. A desk can also be provided upon request.

Wi-Fi and TV are included.

Electricity is also included.

The WC (a bit cramped for very tall people due to the sloping ceiling) and the shower are separate. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The cozy apartment is very well connected. By car (5 minutes to the highway), by bicycle, or by tram you can quickly reach the City (15 minutes), the train station, the DHBW, the university hospital, or the castle/university.

FEUDENHEIM

Feudenheim is a very popular suburb with complete infrastructure. Good shopping options (Edeka, organic market, (organic) bakeries, butcher shops, flower shops, banks, pharmacies, drugstores, etc.) are within a few minutes’ walk.

It is worthwhile to take a walk in nature (e.g. Maulbeerinsel on the Neckar) right behind our residential area.

Jogging, strolling, or cycling along the river is particularly pleasant here.

- In the laundry room, there is a washing machine available that is shared with the basement unit (1 person).

- A drying room is available.

- The apartment also includes an ironing board and iron.

- No parties or loud music allowed.

- Non-smoking apartment!

- Cleaning and maintenance of fixtures, toilet, etc. is a must even in a furnished temporary apartment!

- A valid liability insurance is mandatory!

- After moving out, a final cleaning fee of 140 euros is due.

- Proof of income is required.
