According to the planning office of Reinickendorf, a building considering the setbacks from the property boundaries and the bungalow (approx. 210 sqm of floor area) is possible with a two-and-a-half-story house. In the case of a complete demolition, a development of 400 sqm of floor area with two-and-a-half stories is possible. An extension or additional floor to the existing building is not possible due to building regulations.
