The property is located in an attractively quiet area near Boltenhagen (approximately 4 km to the beach) and Bothmer Castle. It was built in the new small residential area in Hofzumfelde (B-plan no. 42) on parcel 7a/7b. The town of Klütz, with about 3,100 residents and all essential amenities such as doctors, shopping options, daycare centers, and a secondary school, is the center of the scenically attractive “Klützer Winkel.” The tourist highlight of Klütz, the state-owned Bothmer Castle, has been extensively renovated in recent years. The new semi-detached house is constructed in solid, energy-efficient construction (Standard KfN 40, Energy Efficiency Class A+). The electrical installation and equipment include TV and data connections in all living and sleeping rooms and a large number of sockets (including in the window reveals).
