Nevertheless, the A7 motorway (exit: Großenaspe) is reachable by car in just a few minutes (approx. 6 km away).

In the neighboring town (3 km away) there is an HVV-connected Brokstedt train station, several craft businesses, an EDEKA with a bakery, and a pharmacy. With the HVV travel card, you can easily access Hamburg and Kiel.

The next larger city is Bad Bramstedt (approx. 10 km away with doctors, banks, etc.) or Neumünster (approx. 13 km away and somewhat larger than Bad Bramstedt).
