The Nettelnburg district is part of the Bergedorf area and is situated right at the entrance to Vierlanden. In Bergedorf, you can reach your destination in 5 minutes by car or approximately 10 minutes by bus, which is accessible on foot just a few meters away. Hamburg’s main train station is about a 20-minute drive, and motorway access is just 3 km away.

The layout of the building is both successful and very generous. You enter the apartment via the stone staircase. The hallway contains a wooden staircase leading to the attic, where there is space for a wardrobe. To the right, you find the very large and bright living room with a huge panoramic window, which is equipped with underfloor heating for cozy winter evenings. Straight ahead is the living kitchen, outfitted with everything one could need, including an American-style refrigerator. There is ample space for a large dining table with six or more chairs.

After passing the kitchen, on the left you will find a small corridor with a small storage room for all the kitchen necessities, and at its entrance, the modern and very well-maintained bathroom featuring a shower and a separate bathtub.
