The student residence at Lynarstraße 21 is situated in a quiet, green area in the Berlin district of Grunewald. The S-Bahn station Halensee (S-Bahn) is about a 15-minute walk away, and several bus lines (M19 – about a 3-minute walk, M29 – about a 7-minute walk, X10 – about a 7-minute walk, and 110 – about a 7-minute walk) provide good connections to the city center and universities. Shopping opportunities and cafés are located in neighboring districts. This is ideal for students who wish to live close to nature with excellent transport links.

The rooms have been freshly renovated. They are partially furnished, equipped with Wi-Fi, and offer access to shared kitchens and common areas. A spacious garden, terrace, and bicycle storage facilities are also available. These are shared rooms with several communal bathrooms (separated by gender). Additionally, the design ensures that the upper second floor is exclusively for women.
