The Building & the Shared Apartment

Our shared apartment spans two floors of a spacious house and offers everything you’d wish for a relaxed shared living experience:

• 6 rooms – bright, various sizes (rent depends on the room size)

• 2 modern bathrooms – ideal for a stress-free start to the day

• Fully equipped kitchen – including stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator

• Cozy living room – with a dining table for shared evenings

• Snack area – for coffee, light meals, and spontaneous conversations

• Loggia – bathed in light, perfect for reading, working, or relaxing

• Small garden/outdoor area – perfect for barbecues, gardening, or chilling in the summer

• Parking space – currently a parking space is available; however, the best option is still a bicycle.

The Community

The five new housemates can be chosen by the current tenants—the open mix of students and professionals is both possible and encouraged.

The neighbors are already looking forward to welcoming young people and would like to see the house come to life again.

Rent & Costs

• Cold rent: depending on the room size between €300, €350, €400

• Additional flat-rate warm rent: €150 (including heating, hot water, electricity, internet & other operating costs)

→ Total rent: €450–550 per month

Move-in & Viewing

• Move-in available from August 1, up until currently November 2027
