In the new, modern fitted kitchen, despite its small size, everything necessary is provided: a full-function sink, a fully automatic coffee machine, an oven with an integrated microwave, an induction cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

You can reach the city center on foot, and Wilhelm- and Taunusstraße in 10 minutes. Shops for daily needs, as well as restaurants, a fitness studio, and the Kurpark, are also just a few minutes away.

In the immediate vicinity is the BKA location at Thaerstraße 11.

Bedding and towels are provided.

In the basement there is a laundry room where a private washing machine is available. In the apartment, there is a washer-dryer (for washing and drying in one appliance).
