From August 1, 2025, a renovated, unfurnished three-room holiday apartment with a beautiful balcony on the first upper floor/attic will be available in our building. It features approximately 30 m² of combined living and dining area with access to a breakfast balcony, an open kitchen integrated into the living area, two small bedrooms, and a new shower room. The house is quiet and well maintained, located in a dead-end street, and is mostly occupied by tenants aged 60 and over. The apartments in the building are used both as permanent holiday homes (with subletting options for family and friends) and as second residences for long-term tenants—with the possibility, if interested, of designating the place as a primary residence for retirement purposes. Due to the age structure in the building, singles and couples over 50 are preferred. Both first and second residences are permitted.

Good shopping opportunities, public transportation, a bus station, doctors, and a physiotherapy practice are all within walking distance.

This newly renovated, open-plan apartment features an entrance area with a small wardrobe, a complete kitchenette—ideal for 1–2 persons (pets are welcome), a bright and charming living room, a small room with a walk-in closet, and two rather small bedrooms with space for two beds each and a bedside table. There is also a lovely breakfast balcony off the living room with a view of the Baltic Sea located 200 meters away.

Originally, the apartment was designed for holiday use by 4 people. The initial furnishing included built-in wardrobes and custom-fit furniture (due to the sloping ceilings in the attic) that were perfectly adequate for a 14-day vacation stay. For long-term tenants, singles, or couples who wish to move in with minimal furniture, the apartment is also ideal as a primary residence. It is not suitable for those who plan to leave a larger home behind and bring a lot of bulky furniture. The apartment is currently offered unfurnished. It has been renovated with an entirely new shower room, a new kitchen integrated into the living area, and all the floors have received new coverings. Therefore, please apply only if you have a stable, year-round job and are not still in your probationary period. The minimum rental period is 24 months.
