We are renting a spacious 4.5-room ground floor apartment on Herner Straße in Bochum. The apartment is currently being renovated and will be ready to move in from the end of August. All walls are covered with textured wallpaper and will be freshly painted. The bathroom features a shower bath as well as a connection for the washing machine. The separate kitchen has direct access to a small green area – ideal for cozy hours outdoors. Right next to it is the designated parking space that comes with the apartment.

The apartment's special features include:

• 200 m² garden: A highlight of the apartment is the large garden, which invites you to use it. It offers not only plenty of space to relax but also numerous opportunities for self-fulfillment.
