The apartment was completely modernized 7 years ago and has been exclusively occupied by us since then. It offers a view of the Taunus, a guest WC, a modern shower room with space for a small washing machine. In addition, there is a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher available (the refrigerator is not included. We wish for the refrigerator as well as the washing machine and the bathroom vanity cabinet to be taken over from us for an additional fee – this is to be discussed). The apartment also features built-in wardrobes in the hallway and the bedroom, which are true space savers.

All residents of the building have access to a heated swimming pool and a sauna in the basement. The use of the swimming pool is included in the additional operating costs.
