It offers a view of the Taunus, a guest WC, a modern shower room with space for a small washing machine. In addition, there is a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher available (the refrigerator is not included. We wish for the refrigerator as well as the washing machine and the bathroom vanity cabinet to be taken over from us for an additional fee – this is to be discussed). The apartment also features built-in wardrobes in the hallway and the bedroom, which are true space savers.
All residents of the building have access to a heated swimming pool and a sauna in the basement. The use of the swimming pool is included in the additional operating costs.
The apartment comes with an underground parking space which must be rented for €80 per month.
