Es handelt sich um ein großes Bauernhaus mit Anbau, Scheune, Schweinestall, Kuhstall sowie zwei Hauskoppeln. Das Bauernhaus wurde 1856 nach einem Großbrand wieder aufgebaut. Hierüber gibt es keine Unterlagen, da es damals auch noch kein Bauamt gab. Der große Schuppen wurde 1945 von einer Fliegerbombe zerstört und 1951 neu erstellt. Hierüber gibt es Unterlagen. Genau wie für den 1971 errichteten Schweinestall. Das auf dem Grundstück befindliche Altenteilhaus wurde an die langjährigen Mieter verkauft. Hier gibt es ein Wege- und Leitungsrecht.
Das Hofensemble befindet sich im Ortskern von Bark in ruhiger Lage. Es bietet viel Potential für Tierhalter, Schrauber oder auch Gewerbe. Es liegt ein positiver Bauvorbescheid zum Ausbau des OG im Haupthaus sowie des Kuhstalls vor.

Jedná se o velkou usedlost s přístavbou, stodolou, prasečí stájí, kravským chlévem a dvěma vedlejšími obytnými jednotkami. Usedlost byla v roce 1856 po velkém požáru znovu postavena. K tomu nejsou k dispozici žádné dokumenty, neboť v té době ještě neexistoval stavební úřad. Starší část domu nacházející se na pozemku byla prodána dlouhodobým nájemníkům, přičemž k ní náleží právo na přístupovou cestu a vedení inženýrských sítí.

Usedlost se nachází v centru obce Bark na klidném místě. Nabízí značný potenciál pro chovatele zvířat, kutily či i pro podnikatelské využití. K dispozici je rovněž pozitivní předběžné stavební rozhodnutí k přestavbě horního patra v hlavním domě a kravského chlévu.
