Household Insurance
Valid household insurance is mandatory. Proof of this must be provided no later than four weeks after moving in.

Credit Report and Application Documents: A credit report and complete application documents including proof of income are required.
Security Deposit: A deposit equivalent to two months’ rent plus the first month’s rent is due upon signing the contract.
