Waldems-Bermbach is located about 5 minutes from the Idstein motorway feeder to the A3. Via the A3, you can reach Limburg in 25 minutes and Frankfurt in 35 minutes. Wiesbaden is approximately 30 minutes away. Bermbach has its own kindergarten, and the primary school is 3 minutes away in Heftrich. Secondary schools are available in Idstein, where you will also find a Montessori school. You can do your shopping on foot at the courtyard store. A Netto supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away, and Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, Dens, and others can be reached by car in 5 minutes from Idstein. There is a bike path to Idstein, and a pharmacy and general practitioners are available in Waldems-Esch.

The absolute highlight is the private photovoltaic system with a 6.5 kW peak and its own 5 kW storage, which can be supplemented at any time. But our communal housing project primarily offers the chance to share tasks and support one another. There are many possibilities—from shared childcare and homework help to evening babysitting. In our housing project, the shared living community will bring several communal rooms to life. We will develop the indoor and outdoor communal areas together with all residents. Our gardening group has already started planning.
