Every apartment in our residential project carries the highest possible quality seal for ecological and energy-efficient construction with QNG certification, and its energy demand is below Passive House standards. The apartments on the first and second floors offer a beautiful view, a spacious bedroom, a generous living-dining-kitchen area, and a bathroom with a large vanity, shower, and connections for a washing machine and dryer. Waldems-Bermbach is located about 5 minutes from the Idstein motorway connector to the A3. Via the A3, Limburg can be reached in 25 minutes and Frankfurt in 35 minutes. Wiesbaden is about 30 minutes away. Bermbach has its own kindergarten, and the elementary school is only 3 minutes away in Heftrich. Secondary schools, including a Montessori school, are available in Idstein. You can do your shopping on foot at the courtyard shop, and a Netto is about a 15-minute walk away. For Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, and others, Idstein is just a 5-minute drive. There is also a bike path to Idstein. A pharmacy and general practitioners are available in Waldems-Esch.

The absolute highlight is the private photovoltaic system with a 4.45 kW peak and its own 5 kW storage, which can be expanded at any time. As a tenant, you use the energy directly and without restrictions according to your needs and wishes. In combination with a smart switch system, water-saving fixtures, showers with heat recovery, and very fast infrared heaters, the PV system saves about 65% of the electricity and heating requirements. Unlike underfloor heating, you only need to heat to a comfortable temperature when the rooms are in use. If desired, our electrician can install your own 11 kW wallbox for a small fee. The wallbox can be transferred to the next tenant when you move out.
