The federal highway 300 and the Augsburg–Ulm railway (connecting Augsburg to Ulm) run through the municipality. The nearest motorway junctions are in Zusmarshausen and Adelsried on the Bundesautobahn 8. Within Ustersbach, there are several bus stops served by line 600 of the Augsburg Transport Association, which runs from Augsburg Central Station via Gessertshausen and Ustersbach to Krumbach.

The spacious open-plan kitchen (unfurnished) on the first floor of the building features laminate flooring; on this floor you will also find the hallway and the bedroom, which are similarly equipped with laminate. The tiled bathroom has a shower and a window. There is space for a washing machine, but an additional area for a washer and dryer is also provided on the ground floor in the basement area beneath the apartment.

A straight wooden staircase leads to the attic, which spans two floors under the gable with a lower ceiling height. Through another small staircase, you can access a small open gallery that could serve as a sleeping area or an office. Contrary to the photos, all petrol-colored wooden parts are now gray, and all doors and windows are white.
