We rent out a completely furnished apartment (!) for a fixed term of 12 months with the option to extend up to 4 years! Ideally suited for a 2-person shared flat.

Our apartment is a bright, well-designed, furnished old building apartment located in the lovely Sprengel quarter. There is excellent public transport connectivity (U6 / U9 / Ringbahn). The household community is open and friendly. The small balcony faces the street, as does the bay window room, and it receives plenty of light. One bedroom faces the inner courtyard, is fitted with blackout curtains, and is quiet, while the other, slightly smaller bedroom faces Sprengelstr. The kitchen and bathroom reflect the original old building layout. The bathroom even features a bathtub.

In recent years, Sprengel has become the ultimate hidden gem. Everything you need is available: supermarkets, restaurants (Italian, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Turkish, and many more), and beautiful cafés. There are even plenty of late-night convenience stores ;-)

Plötzensee and Volkspark Rehberge are just under a kilometer away and offer a wonderful setting for walks or jogging.

The kitchen is equipped with ceramic cooktop, oven, a new large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A small espresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc., are also provided.

The bathroom features a new AEG washing machine.
