The four-sided courtyard consists of a residential building with two living units, the offered house, and a new building (2015) that includes a spacious room of 84 m² suitable for yoga, exercise, dance, counseling, and seminars. This room can be used jointly or rented entirely.

The courtyard dates back to 1887, while the converted stable building was renovated in 1920 and 2015. The garden faces southwest.

We reside on the ground floor of the other residential building on the courtyard.

A sauna for communal use is located in the inner courtyard of the four-sided property.
