Zum Bahnhof 71, , SaxonyPublic transport 1 minute of walking • ParkingThe multifamily house built between 1995 and 1997 in the heart of Frankenberg/Dittersbach features 12 apartments spread over four floors, forming a small tenant community in which one can quickly feel at home. The upper floor apartments (except for the one-room apartments) each have a balcony, while the ground floor apartments have a terrace, all facing south.
The Free State of Saxony is located in the eastern part of the Federal Republic of Germany. About 85 km from the state capital Dresden lies the country’s third-largest city, Chemnitz. With 250,000 inhabitants and an area of approximately 221.03 km², Chemnitz is one of the most significant economic areas in the new federal states.
Approximately 23.9 km and a 25-minute drive away is the town of Frankenberg in the district of Mittelsachsen, located within the Saxon granitic mountains in the Erzgebirge foreland in the Zschopau valley, surrounded by many mixed forests such as the Lützeltal, the Striegistal, or the Buchenwald.
To the west of the town outskirts, the Zschopau River flows by, and the Mühlbach flows through the locality of the same name as well as through the town center.
Frankenberg gained particular economic importance through the cigar-making trade and the automotive industry, especially the Marko Framo (Frankenberg Motor Works), which produced engines there between 1923 and 1933.
A landmark of the town is the Evangelical Lutheran Church St. Aegidien, whose church tower can already be seen from the highway. The lower part of the tower was built back in 1499 and has been preserved to this day. The largest green area near the town center is the Friedenspark, which was created from a disused cemetery dating from around 1890/1891.
About 4 kilometers from the town center is the municipality of Dittersbach, which, together with its district Neudörfchen, forms the Frankenberg district Dittersbach. The Lützelbach flows through the town and, south of Sachsenburg, empties into the Zschopau. North of Dittersbach run Federal Highway 169 and the Federal Motorway 4, both of which are reached within a few minutes by car, ensuring excellent traffic connections to the surrounding cities.
The two explicitly advertised one-room apartments are located on the first floor of the multifamily house and offer, on approximately 26 m² of living space, a bright living/dining/sleeping area with an adjoining kitchenette and a daylight bathroom with a shower.
The rental price naturally refers to the basic rent per apartment.
