There is only one direct neighbor, a medium-sized craft business where office work is carried out only during daytime.

There are no restrictions for tenants regarding noise from garden tools or similar, since the apartment is located in an industrial area and there is otherwise no one living in the immediate vicinity.

The bike path to the city center takes about 10 minutes. Shopping facilities such as a dm store, Edeka, Hornbach DIY store, a snack bar, and a few more are within walking distance.
