There is a shower and sink in the room. The room can be heated using a gas boiler, but it won’t freeze even without heating.

a shared entrance hall (30 m²),
shared restroom facilities (toilet with sink),
parking available for up to two private cars right at the building.
📍 Excellent accessibility by public transport and car, in an area where work and parking are convenient.
We were very satisfied here – the environment is pleasant, quiet, and everything runs smoothly. However, our company is growing and needs a larger storage space, so we are moving elsewhere. We believe that the next tenant will enjoy it just as much as we have.
