Looking for a tenant for a beautiful 3-room apartment with a quiet and central location in Neue Mitte Lehen near the Glan. The apartment is rented out privately, so please no inquiries from real estate agents.

All rooms are very bright and inviting. Every room has windows, including the bathroom and WC. Particularly appealing is the large balcony, which faces a quiet, green courtyard and, with its sunny exposure, invites you to relax. The apartment has an ideal layout and features a spacious entrance area. Additionally, the WC and bathroom are separate. The apartment is semi-furnished; however, on request, furniture items can be sold or stored in the basement storage unit (the only exception is the sliding door mirror cabinet in the bedroom, which cannot be moved or removed).
