I am offering for rent a renovated 3-room apartment (original layout 2+1, now 3+1) located in a very quiet area, situated in a brick two-story building that contains a total of four residential units. The apartment underwent a complete renovation and is located on the first floor (ground floor in Czech terminology) of the two-story building. The total floor area is approximately 56 m².
Originally a 2+1 layout, the apartment was remodeled during the renovation to a 3+1, creating a smaller kitchen within the spacious hallway.
The renovation was done thoroughly "down to the brick", meaning new plastering, plumbing, water lines, electrical wiring, heating system, flooring, plastic windows, a new kitchen including appliances, bathroom, etc. The apartment is heated by a gas condensing boiler, which also provides hot water.
