We are looking for tenants (M/F/D) starting from 06.10.2025 for a large shared flat in Saarbrücken city center.

The offer includes several small single rooms (with lock) in different sizes and at varying prices, each with its own bathroom, fully furnished with a single bed, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe, window, decorative curtains, and a television (TV available for rental fee if desired). Wi-Fi and TV reception are already included in the rent.

The shared living areas available to everyone include a fully furnished kitchen and a lounge (dining room). A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available for communal use. Bedding and towels can also be rented at an additional charge. Public areas are cleaned weekly.

(All-inclusive warm rent from €500.00 for a small room to €600.00 for a large room) for semester rentals with a minimum rental period of 6 months.

The rent increases if the duration of the rental is less than 6 months:

2 weeks = €600

1 month = €900

2 months up to 5 months = €750.00

The shared flat is located 5 minutes on foot from HTW and 2 minutes from the College of Fine Arts.
