The 15-square-meter, light-flooded room is located on the mezzanine level. It is a completely separate part of a larger studio complex. Naturally, the room has its own entrance. The ceiling height is 312 centimeters. The existing tenants in the studio as well as in the entire building are extremely friendly and cooperative. Subletting to other business operators is allowed after consultation, so you’re welcome to share the space! Move-in is possible from 01.09.2025 – possibly even earlier after discussion.
