We offer for rent a 4+1 apartment (4 rooms and a standalone room with a kitchen) in a panel building, a 5-minute walk away from the subway line B Rajská zahrada station. The apartment is on the first floor (above the ground floor) and the building has an elevator. The apartment is unfurnished, except for a fitted wardrobe in the utility room, optical internet and a kitchen with appliances: a fridge, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a gas hob. The apartment has been remodeled in 2010 and it has been repainted now. Some of the appliances have been replaced over the past few years. Heating and hot water is provided by means of district heating, i.e. there is no boiler in the apartment. The two bedrooms are north-facing, with a view of a kindergarten across the street. The kitchen, the living room and the study (which can potentially be used as a small bedroom) are south-facing. The living room is pass-through, with entrances into the kitchen, the study and the balcony, the other rooms are standalone. The balcony is glazed, it has an irregular shape with an area of 10 m2, and has a view of a nearby park. The apartment is best suited for a non-smoking family with children, ideally without pets.
