The apartment:

You enter via the entrance hall into the guest WC and then into the living room. The living room precedes the large open kitchen, with the wall between them removed to create an oversized living-dining-kitchen area. From the entrance hall, you access a second corridor leading to the separate three bedrooms and the shower/tub bathroom. The spacious shower/tub bathroom with a WC naturally includes a window.

In addition to the separate basement, you have the option to use an extra storage room.

The parking spaces are located directly in front of the house on private property. Their close proximity ensures short transport routes.

The additional cost prepayments include the following expenses: oil, water, winter maintenance, insured cleaning of the stairwell and basement, chimney sweep, and many others. The exact breakdown is specified in the lease agreement. An annual additional cost statement is produced, which may result in either an additional payment or a refund.
