I must, to my great regret, sell my beloved Tiny House.

It was newly purchased in August 2023 and is located in Misselsdorf, by the beautiful Röcksee.

The little house is situated on 124m² of leased land at the Gosdorf campsite in Misselsdorf, and the lease for the entire year 2025 is already paid!!!!

The Tiny House has an electrical connection, was equipped with a 3.70m deep ground rod, and is connected to the sewer network; furthermore, there is a Toshiba air conditioning unit!!!!

A mobile solar generator of 1200W with a 200W mobile solar panel, including a portable 1132Wh power station that comes with 2 230V sockets, 6 PD60W USB-C ports, and lighting, completes this "favorite spot."

The windows and doors are fitted with security grills, there are 2 sockets in the bathroom and 8 distributed sockets throughout the rest of the house. The garden features a WPC terrace, a larch privacy screen, and a shed for lawnmowers, tools, etc.

Lovingly furnished, the Tiny House boasts a fully equipped bathroom (shower, hot water boiler, toilet, sink with under-cabinet storage) complete with a window, a small cooking area including a new red coffee machine and a new red microwave, and a water connection is also available. The dining table, along with 2 chairs, can be folded up; a refrigerator in the "living area," a heated reading lounger, a white storage box, a small side table, and an infrared panel (as pictured) of 900 Watts are all very practical. A room divider (shelf) separates the 140cm wide bed from the living area, while a bedside table and a canopy over the bed, along with a new mattress and topper, ensure a restful sleep and complete the "bedroom."

Internal roller blinds are also installed.

A parking space on the property is available. A fence, including a garden gate, has already been purchased!!! It just has not yet been assembled and installed.

Very nice neighbors complete the overall picture and enhance the feel-good factor!!!!

The bathing lake – Röcksee – is a 3-minute walk away.
