You have expressed interest in an apartment in our newly constructed building at Laurentiusstraße 20, 97076 Würzburg.

The building, centrally located in the town center of Lengfeld, was completed in 2020. It was constructed using solid, insulated brick blocks. The large, bright windows are fitted with triple-glazed insulated glass. At the windows, there are plastic roller shutters housed in fixed roller shutter boxes equipped with electric motors. The roof windows have also been equipped with exterior roller shutters with electric drive. The apartments feature genuine wood parquet flooring, and tiles will be laid in the kitchen area. All apartments are fitted with a controlled supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, which can optionally be equipped with an allergen pollen filter. Each apartment has its own gas-fired underfloor heating system, a heating radiator in the bathroom, and a system for providing hot water.

All bathrooms are equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. In the bathroom, there is space for a washing machine and a dryer. For television reception, a satellite system is available. The telephone and Internet connection can be provided either via a standard Telekom cable or over Kabel-Deutschland (minimum 100 Mbit). All apartments come with a basement storage compartment.

Should you decide to purchase an electric car, we can have a fixed charging cable installed for your vehicle, which will be connected to the apartment's electricity meter. The building has been inspected in accordance with the Energy Saving Ordinance and has an energy performance certificate. The energy requirement is rated at: A (31 kWh/m²a).
