(4) Beststruktur GmbH reserves the right to create user profiles using pseudonyms based on the collected customer data for the purposes of advertising, market research, or tailoring its offers. The customer is entitled at any time to object to the use of their usage data in this way.

The use of your personal data for behavioral advertising and profiling is based on the legitimate interest of enhancing your user experience, pursuant to Article 6(1) Sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.
