Byt se necházi v komplexu Rezidence Podbaba, který obdržel cenu odborné poroty v soutěži Realitní projekt roku 2011. Celou stavbu realizoval italský architekt Porcellini, který jí dodal italský ráz. Areál je klidný, přesto s dostupností do centra do 20 minut (metro nebo vlak kousek od domu). Jde o prostory bývalého pivovaru, chráněný památkovým úřadem.

Hello, we are renting out a 2-room apartment (2+kk) in an industrial style with a large terrace and a view of the Internacional Hotel.
The apartment is located in the Residence Podbaba complex, which received an award from the expert jury in the Real Estate Project of the Year 2011 competition. The entire building was designed by Italian architect Porcellini, who imbued it with an Italian flair. The area is quiet, yet the center is accessible within 20 minutes (with the metro or train just a short walk from the building). It is housed in a former brewery that is protected by the heritage conservation office.
A Kaufland supermarket and a Rossmann drugstore are located right behind the building. Within walking distance, you will also find the protected Divoká Šárka area, as well as the architecturally unique Baba district featuring functionalist villas. The train station—with fast connections to the center—as well as the Podbaba tram and bus stops are only a 5-minute walk away.
The building offers tenants a small fitness room. There is also a garage available where you can arrange the rental of a parking space (subject to availability).
The apartment has only been lived in by two previous tenants, and all of the furnishings are practically new. It is located on the 4th floor (the building has an elevator) and spans 60 square meters with an additional 10-square-meter terrace that overlooks a peaceful inner courtyard and the Internacional Hotel. It is fully equipped—with the possibility of WiFi (tenant pays separately), cable TV, and central heating. The layout consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom.
