Overall Property Description
In the center of Buchenberg-Wirlings, three multi-family houses were built on a plot of approximately 2,445 m². Wirlings is a small district of the market municipality of Buchenberg. It is located in the midst of nature, offering high recreational value, yet in close proximity to the main town of Buchenberg and the Allgäu metropolis of Kempten.
In the surroundings, there are extensive hiking trails, cross-country skiing tracks, the Adelegg with elevations up to 1,129 m and fantastic panoramic views, the Kreuzthal with its many small charming villages and the quaint glassmaker village of Schmidsfelden, alongside several small bathing lakes.
Another advantage of Wirlings is its excellent transport connection.
