The building was constructed in 1971 by the Ministry of Defense as permanent troop accommodation. In 1990, a core renovation was carried out, and in 2009 it was converted into an officers’ casino. Most recently, in 2014, the property was extensively and tastefully renovated, and an organic food manufactory was established.

The building’s solid construction consists of double-skin masonry clinker façade elements with insulation combined with a reinforced concrete system. This robust construction, the verified structural integrity, and the existing flat roof allow for an expansion of the building – that is, additional office and administrative spaces on a second level can be added to the existing structure.

Two AL-HO containers on concrete bases have been approved for fixed installation.

On the overall 3,376 m² property, additional outdoor parking spaces can be built. The existing building can also be expanded or enlarged.

In 2014, a 50-meter-deep well was drilled to ensure an independent water supply. A percolation basin allows the rainwater from the roof and courtyard areas to infiltrate into the groundwater.

A goods lift with a load capacity of up to 100 kg connects the production laboratory space on the ground floor with a 54 m³ deep-freeze cell at -30 °C in the basement. Three-phase 400 V power is available throughout the building.

The 14 m³ refrigerated cell (up to 7 °C), the goods lift, the two containers, and the beech wood counter are included in the price. The 54 m³ deep-freeze cell, the reception and furniture elements, as well as the stainless-steel fittings, can be purchased separately upon request.
