I live in a beautiful two-room apartment in Berlin Charlottenburg.

Since I currently occupy the apartment less frequently (about once a week), I am looking for a nice, quiet, non-smoking subtenant for the largest and furnished room in the apartment.

The room is on the south side of the building and is therefore very bright. The floor has light-colored carpet over the tiles. The bathroom and kitchen are located opposite on the north side.

The kitchen is fully equipped with furniture, kitchen appliances, dishes, and glasses.

The washing machine can be shared.

Ideally, I would prefer that you are between 25 and 50 years old and are looking for a quiet and relaxed living environment. A stable income as well as a Schufa credit report are prerequisites for subletting.

I myself am only in Berlin sporadically and occupy the small, otherwise inaccessible second room.

Living is possible from August 1, 2025, with a sublease contract.

Just around the corner is Wilmersdorfer Straße, which offers many shopping opportunities, cafes, and restaurants.
