A room is available in our apartment in Milbertshofen.

Your lovely room is part of a 90-square-meter shared flat (WG). There are a total of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a kitchen-living area, and a hallway.

The room features two large windows with window sills and a parquet floor. Thanks to the large windows, the room is very bright.

The apartment has been freshly renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and everything else you might need for daily life. A washer-dryer is also available and can, of course, be shared.

Your room comes furnished with a double bed (Ikea Hemnes, extendable, sleeping area 160x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a desk with an office chair.

We don’t have a cleaning schedule, but we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

The warm rent includes all costs for cleaning supplies, internet, and electricity. This means there are no additional costs for you.

Location: very quiet, surrounded by greenery, and right in the heart of Milbertshofen.

Shopping opportunities are just a 2-minute walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), a 2-minute walk to the bus stop/ U-Bahn (U2-Frankfurter Ring/Milbertshofen), and from there, approximately 5 minutes to the city center or 8 minutes to the main train station.

Parking is available right in front of the door, and there is also a bicycle storage room. The U2 station at Frankfurter Ring/Milbertshofen is immediately nearby, and the Englischer Garten is only about a 2-minute walk away.

We envision our flatshare as a place where we like to meet up in the kitchen for meals or cooking, or relax together in the evenings, while still respecting each other’s privacy. In other words, if the door is closed, you can have your peace and quiet.

We’re also happy to do other activities together, such as sports, cycling tours, jogging, visiting beer gardens, partying, etc.—but there’s no obligation.
