Zum Bahnhof 71, , SaxonyPublic transport 1 minute of walking • ParkingThe multifamily house built between 1995 and 1997 in the heart of Frankenberg/Dittersbach comprises 12 apartments spread over four floors, thus forming a small tenant community within the building into which one can quickly integrate. The apartments (except for the one-room apartments) on the upper floors each feature a balcony, while the ground floor apartments have a terrace, all facing south.
The Free State of Saxony is located in the eastern part of the Federal Republic of Germany. About 85 km from the state capital Dresden is the third-largest city in the state, Chemnitz. With 250,000 inhabitants and an area of approximately 221.03 km², Chemnitz is one of the most significant economic regions of the new federal states.
Approximately 23.9 km and a 25-minute drive away is the town of Frankenberg in the district of Mittelsachsen, located in the Saxon granitic mountain range in the foreland of the Ore Mountains in the Zschopau Valley, surrounded by several mixed forests such as the Lützeltal, the Striegistal, or the Buchenwald.
To the west of the town limits flows the Zschopau. Additionally, the Mühlbach runs through the district bearing the same name as well as through the town center.
Frankenberg gained particular economic significance through the cigar-making craft and the automotive industry, especially through the Marko Framo (Frankenberger Motorenwerke), which produced there between 1923 and 1933.
The town’s landmark is the Evangelical Lutheran Church St. Aegidien, whose associated church tower can already be seen from the motorway. The lower part of the tower was built in 1499 and has been preserved to this day. The largest green area near the town center is the Friedenspark, which was created from a decommissioned cemetery around 1890/1891.
About 4 kilometers from the town center is the municipality of Dittersbach, which, together with its district Neudörfchen, forms the Frankenberg district Dittersbach. The Lützelbach flows through the municipality and, south of Sachsenburg, empties into the Zschopau. North of Dittersbach lie Federal Highway 169 and Autobahn 4, which can be reached within a few minutes by car, providing excellent transport connections to the surrounding cities.
The two advertised one-room apartments are located on the first floor of the multifamily house and offer, over approximately 26 m² of living space, a bright living/dining/bedroom area with an adjacent kitchenette and a daylight bathroom with a shower.
The rental price refers, of course, to the basic rent per apartment.
