Our maisonette apartment is located in a detached side building. Its features include a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher (but without a refrigerator), 2 children's rooms, a large hallway, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a window on the ground floor.
The large living room on the first floor can be reached from the kitchen either by a spiral staircase or the main staircase. The living room adjoins a study. From there, you can access the left part of the building via the staircase hallway, which can also be rented separately by a parent (or child). This section includes a shower bathroom and the possibility to attach a kitchenette. The floor in the left building section is made of genuine wooden planks. The building has already been partially insulated.
Upon signing the contract and handing over the apartment, the first month’s rent and the deposit must be paid in cash.
For the gas-fired heating system (condensing boiler), the tenant must arrange their own supply contract with a gas provider of their choice. Application documents required include a tenant self-disclosure, the original Schufa credit report, an identity document, proof of income, proof of rent payments, and proof of liability insurance.
The cleaning of the courtyard and the winter service are carried out by a caretaker company and are included in the additional operating costs.
