In the kitchen there is a built-in dishwasher, oven, and dual burner with an extractor hood. There is a dining table with two chairs. In the sleeping area, there is a bed with a mattress and a large wardrobe for clothes. In the entrance hall, there is a built-in closet with a shoe rack. An advantage of the apartment is that it is in a classic brick building and, thanks to this, it does not get hot in the summer as the windows face east. Cable internet is available—the choice of provider is up to you.
The tram stop is about a 6-minute walk away. Želivského Metro A can be reached by tram in 9 minutes, and Palmovka Metro B in 8 minutes.
