The state capital Saarbrücken is reachable in 15 minutes by car or in 30-40 minutes by public transport.

- Completely renovated in 2017/18: insulated double-glazed windows, electrical system, bathroom, tiles, attractive vinyl flooring, lamps...
- The building has a central cable connection from PYUR (https://www.pyur.com/), through which all apartments are supplied with fast internet including telephone, TV, and radio. Telecommunication services are also available from other providers (Telekom, Vodafone...).
- Satellite dishes are only tolerated for tenants with old contracts. Otherwise, they are not permitted.
- The details regarding service charges apply for two people (based on experience values. However, individual consumption can vary (very) considerably.)
- The flat-rate service charge is strongly dependent on energy prices. And, as is well known, they fluctuate.
- Electricity and telecommunications (see above cable connection) are not included, as these must be arranged independently by the tenant.
- In addition to the apartment, the building has been comprehensively renovated, including the roof, front door, courtyard access... Parking space in the courtyard for 20 EUR, possibly a garage (40 EUR, currently occupied).
