We, Julia, Paula, Kira, and Simon, are looking for a new roommate for our newly built row house in Obersendling.

In our garden, there is a lounge with a dining table, a sunbed, and a grill that, on one or another summer day, gets used with an Aperol in hand. The shared living and dining area invites fun game nights.

In the garden, you have a wonderful view of all the greenery. Additionally, we have a small garden shed with enough space for an extra bicycle.

The room we are renting out is located on the lower level and has its own bathroom. The living area measures 13 m², and the bathroom covers 3.5 m². The room is flooded with natural light through a large window. The underfloor heating in both the room and the bathroom is ideal for cold winter days.

Furthermore, we have a communal kitchen, a dining and living corner, a laundry room, a storage room, a terrace, and a garden. The U-Bahn station "Machtlfinger-Straße" is a five-minute walk away. With the U3, you can reach Marienplatz in about 10 minutes. In approximately 5–10 minutes on foot, you will find Lidl, Rewe, DM, and a gym. The bus lines 51, 63, 132, and 151 are also within walking distance, and the S-Bahn station Siemenswerke with the S7 and S20 lines is just around the corner.
