As part of this work, parts of the electrical system—including the house connection—were renewed and an electrical check (E-Check) was performed. The heating pipes and several radiators on the first floor were also renewed.

The separate toilet was re-tiled and newly equipped, although the shower room has become a bit dated.

The ground floor was not comprehensively renovated but rather refurbished. It features a mix of carpet, wood, and terrazzo flooring, with a ceiling height of approximately 3.5 meters.

The Weisshaupt gas heating system dates from 1995 and typically operates at an efficiency of around 96%.

Additionally, the property includes two wood-burning stoves on the ground floor and a small workshop stove on the upper floor. Thanks to a smart ventilation system—once common—the upper floor can also be heated by the stoves on the ground floor. With the exception of two rooms, all areas can be directly heated by the three wood stoves.

There are also two small basement rooms (approximately 20 m²) with a ceiling height of about 1.8 meters.
