My beloved apartment is quiet, bright, cozy, and features a particularly lovely bedroom with a large (180x210 cm) box spring bed and a view of the harbor basin. In addition to a spacious bathroom, it also has a guest WC. In the storage room, there is a dryer available for you. The washing machine is located in the kitchen and in the office there is also a drying rack, as well as a place to hang your bicycle.

On the balcony, there is an inviting couch and a small gas grill, which I also enjoy using in the winter.

I will be away and would like to sublet my apartment during that time to a friendly person who can enjoy all the advantages of my fully equipped apartment and in return treat it well :)

My cozy apartment is located right at the beautiful Frankfurt West Harbor. Directly outside the door, there is a bus stop, although I usually walk to the main train station (12 minutes). On the opposite side of the street, there is a REWE (2 minutes). L Osteria (3 minutes) offers good pizza & pasta, CRON (2 minutes) serves high-quality Italian cuisine, Chamäleon (2 minutes) offers Pan-Asian cuisine, and those who love meat will adore Abaccos Steakhouse (8 minutes). A good kebab (4 minutes) is available right next to one of the trendiest cafés in town, MOMI (4 minutes). If you feel like trying Korean, African or Persian food, there are corresponding restaurants also reachable on foot in less than 8 minutes. Several hairdressers are reachable in less than 5 minutes. For everyday needs, you won’t need a car, but if you do have one, you can park it in the underground garage; the parking space in the double-parker is included :)

You can easily reach the city center and the lovely Frankfurt district of Sachsenhausen on foot or by bike. Right outside the door, you will always find several e-scooters available for rent.

If you enjoy sports, there are several fitness studios nearby as well as a CrossFit gym. And right outside the door, you have one of the most beautiful running routes in Germany – right along the Main River with a view of the skyline. The route is lit and therefore recommended in winter as well. The long route is 10 KM, but you can of course run shorter circuits; we have numerous bridges to “shorten” the distance :)

You are welcome to use everything you find here. If you plan on working from here, you are welcome to use both screens including webcam, the high-quality RODE microphone, lighting, mouse, and keyboard.
