Enjoy a peaceful yet central location in Oberlungwitz, with all the important shopping facilities easily reachable. By car, it’s only a 5-minute drive to the A4 motorway.

Right across the street, the attractive recreational area “Hirschgrund” with its paths and green spaces begins. A large lawn adjoins directly in front of the property towards Hoferstraße. The bus stop is approximately 300 meters away.

Both Chemnitz and Zwickau are easily accessible, and both the BAB 4 and BAB 72 motorways can be reached quickly. In addition to the well-maintained apartment with its spacious room layout, there is a carport parking space and a cellar room. Optionally, a second carport may be rented if available.
