An earth heat pump in combination with a PV system and a battery ensures low energy costs. The house has been completely renovated apart from the foundation and is up to the latest energy standards. Tiles have been installed in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway, while vinyl flooring covers the living room, bedroom, office, and attic.

The all-inclusive rent is €995 (this includes the monthly basic rent, heating costs, and hot water costs). In addition, there is a charge of €100 for the kitchen rental and a €100 installment for electricity. The ancillary costs are provisionally estimated at €80 until the actual costs are determined.
No rent increases for the first 5 years!
Electricity costs are settled directly between the tenant and the landlord. The electricity price per kWh will be 15% below the price of the local network operator, even though the law only mandates a 10% reduction. The tenant does not have to pay any basic fee. I am happy to explain the tenant electricity model.
Each apartment has its own wallbox connection.
Internet and telephone services are billed directly between the tenant and the service provider.
