From September 2025, we will create an inspiring place for movement, exchange, and personal growth at Färberstraße. Our versatile spaces on the 1st floor, with a total area of 272 m², provide the ideal setting for courses, workshops, and treatments in sports, health, creativity, and further education—or simply office space for companies.

In addition to two larger rooms of 53 and 50 m², 4–5 small rooms ranging from 13 to 30 m² are available.

Our Vision:

A space that brings people and groups together to learn, develop, and recharge together. Whether it’s yoga, dance, Pilates, creative workshops, or parent–child courses—you’ll find the right spaces with us!

What We Offer:

• Flexible usage options: Perfect for regular use as a treatment or therapy room, or as an office. Rentals can be arranged flexibly (by the month, day, half-day, or hour), and long-term use is also possible. Start-ups are very welcome.

• Storage: Course materials can be securely stored in lockable cabinets. If needed, additional storage space in the basement can be rented.

• Bright, modern facilities: An inviting atmosphere that enhances well-being.

• Additional amenities: Changing rooms, toilets, showers, and a small kitchen are available as needed.

• Central location: Easily accessible by public transport, on foot, or by car.

Additionally, we are renting a total of 155 m² of basement space divided into 3 rooms.
