The apartment was recently newly developed and meets new construction standards. The entire building has been completely renovated and features high-quality amenities (new heating, windows, electrical wiring, sanitary technology, facade insulation, fast Wi-Fi).
The apartment consists of an entrance area with storage space under the staircase, a living-dining area with an open kitchen, a large bedroom, and a daylight bathroom. In total, there is an area of approximately 16 m x 5 m available (attic slopes are not taken into account, so the actual living space is significantly smaller).
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
You can relax in the daylight bathroom with a shower.
In the living area, you can store your personal belongings in the large custom-made built-in closet.
You can conveniently do your laundry in the basement using a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

Smoking in the apartment is not permitted. Keeping pets is not allowed.
