Our beautiful, extensively renovated, light-filled studio with two French balconies is looking for one or even two new tenants starting from August 1, 2025.

The apartment was recently newly developed and meets new construction standards. The entire building has been completely renovated and features high-quality amenities (new heating, windows, electrical wiring, sanitary technology, facade insulation, fast Wi-Fi).

The apartment consists of an entrance area with storage space under the staircase, a living-dining area with an open kitchen, a large bedroom, and a daylight bathroom. In total, there is an area of approximately 16 m x 5 m available (attic slopes are not taken into account, so the actual living space is significantly smaller).

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

You can relax in the daylight bathroom with a shower.

In the living area, you can store your personal belongings in the large custom-made built-in closet.

You can conveniently do your laundry in the basement using a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

The rent includes all incurred costs (internet – super fast, sweep service, insurance costs, waste management, etc.). For gas, electricity, and water, you will make an advance payment for additional costs, and consumption will be billed at regular intervals.

Within walking distance, you will find shopping facilities – daily necessities’ stores, the Cannstatter Carre, Bad Cannstatt station, the Wasen grounds, the stadium, and the Neckar.

In front of the building, there are seating options and a storage area for bicycles (even covered under the balcony). Depending on availability, a parking space (also with an electric charging station) can be rented additionally.

Smoking in the apartment is not permitted. Keeping pets is not allowed.
