The residential units we offer are very spacious, with sizes ranging between 55m² and 125m². The equipment of the bright, friendly rooms ranges from PVC flooring to laminate, tile, or parquet floors. The Südstadt is Görlitz’ second largest district after the city center, with around 10,000 residents calling it home. The Südstadt is surrounded by the railway lines and Görlitz train station to the north and east, the vineyard in the south, and the adjoining districts of Biesnitz & Rauschwalde to the west. Well-preserved and lovingly renovated Gründerzeit houses characterize the appearance of this district. The houses, some with front gardens and lining the spacious streets, still evoke the elegant flair of the Gründerzeit era. Tree-lined avenues provide many streets with an especially beautiful, green appearance. Parks and squares form small green oases and complete the overall look.
