Currently, several units of different sizes are available for rent in the hall. A total of 780 m² can be leased. The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At its highest point the hall is approximately 10.80 m high and at its lowest point about 4 m (see pictures). Accordingly, the hall has a volume of nearly 5,700 m³.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented area, the rent (negotiable) is composed accordingly (starting at 10€ per m² of floor space). The high rack can be tailored individually for the customer, so that higher or lower storage positions can be created. Please understand that we do not rent individual pallet spaces as we prefer to lease larger quantities.

Occupancy would be possible starting in August 2025.

The warehouse is on ground level and is therefore barrier-free. The warehouse can be accessed from both sides by truck or car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is also possible to drive directly into or through the hall.

The hall is located in the industrial area of Wandlitz, OT Basdorf, on a quiet one-way street. The highways A11 and A10 can be reached within 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity, as well as a heavy-current connection. Individual compartments can be heated by arrangement.

The premises on which the warehouse is located are video-monitored and secured with a steel gate.

The property management is also located on the premises. Rental takes place directly through the owner – without an agent.
