To the northeast is an office with a vinyl floor from 2020.
To the southeast is an unused kitchen from 2002 equipped with a refrigerator, stove, sink, and dishwasher.
The centrally located sanitary area facing south is equipped with underfloor heating, a sink, toilet, and shower.
On the west gable are located a heating room/practice laboratory and a relaxation room, with plastered and painted walls and a vinyl floor.
Via a folding ladder, the attic – converted into a storage room in 2005, insulated in the area of the sloping roof and lined with FERMACELL boards – is accessible.
The room height in the ridge area is 1.45 m.
It extends over all the rooms of the underlying attic.
